The base fare quoted online or by phone. Tolls, parking, waiting time beyond the grace period, gratuity, and optional add-ons (meet-and-greet, baby seats) are billed separately and disclosed up front.
We verify your arrival time with the airline and track your flight in real time. Choose curbside pickup or inside meet-and-greet at baggage claim. Domestic pickups include a 30-minute grace period; international pickups include 45 minutes.
Yes. Corporate accounts include consolidated monthly billing, dedicated dispatch, and volume pricing. Mid-to-large accounts pay only a $2 voucher fee instead of a 20% service charge.
Black car reservations: cancellations accepted within 4 hours of pickup. My Car Is Here service: within 48 hours. Deposits are non-refundable.
We monitor your flight automatically and adjust the pickup time at no charge — just notify us of major schedule changes when you can.
Prepaid and corporate rides include a 15–20% gratuity. Cash tips are otherwise at your discretion.
Yes, on request for an additional $5. We recommend bringing your own if you have a preferred model.
All vehicles are strictly non-smoking. A $75 cleaning fee applies to sedans and $150 to limousines for violations.
